Rung The owner and primary caretaker of the Lost Light Cat Shelter. His seemingly endless compassion led him to convert his home into a cat shelter for the many cats that society left behind. His true age is unknown, but it feels like he's lived in Iacon City forever.

Ravage The Lost Light Cat Shelter's sole volunteer and resident edgy teen. They began to volunteer at the shelter after they got in trouble at school to the point where they need volunteer hours in order to graduate on time. Despite their attempts to remain emotionless, they have a good heart.

Prowl The strict head of Iacon City Animal Control. His no-nonsense attitude puts off many people, but his dedication an drive for natural order has put him at the top. Doesn't hate animals, he just looks like that.
